Erick Miller is the Director of Commercial Real Estate for Red Hill Ventures, a leading investment firm specializing in commercial property acquisition, development, and the growth of operating companies through all phases of the business cycle, including private equity sales, based in Charlotte, NC. As the leader of our commercial real estate division, Erick leads strategic direction, operation and leasing of the portfolio including mixed use, retail, office, industrial, development and master plan project. Additionally, Erick leads real estate optimization and strategy for Red Hill Venture’s operating businesses where applicable, such as The City Kitch. Prior to Red Hill Ventures, Mr. Miller worked as a trading floor analyst with Wachovia, key leader of a management consulting practice with concentration in real estate entities and led major projects with Carlisle & Gallagher Mergers and Acquisitions.
Erick has strong community and civic leadership throughout the city of Charlotte, including Childress Klein Center for Real Estate UNC Charlotte – Alumni CRE Board Member. He is also a strong supporter and volunteer in Charlotte in recent years including Boy Scout local troop leadership, Congregations for Kids, and Catawba Land Conservancy. He has led multiple international and regional mission trips to serve disaster relief efforts with important places like New Orleans, Dominican Republic and Jamaica. Additionally, Erick is a strong advocate of the UNC Charlotte Master’s program, spearheaded implementation of a Red Hill Scholarship to engage and promote active engagement by undergrad and graduate students into the operating R.E. Business community.
Erick holds a BS in Finance from University of Florida and a Masters of Science Real Estate – Finance/Development – Childress Klein Center for Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
